STUDENT CHROMEBOOKS & AGREEMENT FORM	For students to receive a Chromebook, parents and students are required to complete the Student Agreement Form. Please read the entire agreement carefully before completing the form. Our goal at MCMS is to provide a learning environment where all students can be successful. We also endeavor to provide an atmosphere where students and adults strive for continuous improvement and personal growth.
